Clean up the roads

I am a new resident of the Gainesville area in Archer. Having moved here four months ago I love all the amenities of good roads, beautiful parks, great people, and a clean environment. I realize that it's great planning that goes into making this area such a great place to live.
I have noticed that road accidents are quickly removed, but the glass and debris remain for motorists to drive over and damaged auto parts are left on the side of the road. The tow companies should be held responsible to sweep and clean up all parts at the accident scene. Failure to do this should result in a penalty for them. A penalty such as rising charges starting at $100 to a maximum of $500 when reported by the police.
Respect is earned for a job well done. Lets earn it guys.
