Alito refused to answer

I oppose the nomination of Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court.
He refused to fully answer senators' questions on civil rights, Roe v. Wade, rights to privacy, why he supported executive powers over congressional power, and why he ruled on cases where he had a financial interest although he had specifically promised to recuse himself from these cases.
I believe he will turn the court over to repressive right wing interests that do not reflect the best thinking in the U.S.
