We're tried of intrusive politicians

State Rep. Larry Cretul needs to get with the program that people are getting tired of these conservatives trying to run our lives.
I see nothing wrong with extending benefits to same-sex partners, especially as UF says it is not being done with taxpayer's money. It does not affect the lives of straight people, and as such, is not any of Cretul's business.
Considering the problems of members of Congress accepting under-the-table bribes and illegal campaign money, perhaps it would be better if Rep. Cretul spent his time counseling his brothers in Washington. Tell them that we sent them to Congress to work for us locally, and collectively for the nation. Tell them that being there with their snouts in the trough is not what we envisioned for our representatives.
