Q: When coaches call a timeout prior to a potential game-winning field goal, does that work?
A: It shouldn't. But if a kicker lets it get him out of his rhythm it could mess him up a little bit. Kicking is just routine. Throws off your routine a little bit. You've just got to go back and go through your normal routine.
Q: What was your favorite movie of 2005? A: "Wedding Crashers" Q: If you could trade athletic ability with one player on the team for one game who would it be?
A: I'll go with Jarvis Herring. He's one of my favorite players and he's a heck of an athlete and a heck of a ballplayer. He makes plays. He sticks his head in every play. He's fun to watch.
Q: What's the longest field goal you've ever made in practice?
A: It was 63 (yards). I did it about two years ago in practice.
Q: If you could be an All-Pro NFL kicker, a highly paid Hollywood actor or a rock star, which would you be?
A: NFL kicker for sure. That's my dream. The past six years, that's what I've been working toward.
Q: What's one thing Florida fans don't know about you?
A: There's probably a lot they don't know. I'm just a pretty simple person. I like to fish a lot when I go back home (to Leesburg, Ga.). And play golf. A lot of golf.
