'Gospel Jubilee' is worth reinstating

WRUF radio quietly canceled the Sunday morning "Gospel Jubilee" show hosted by Rose Strowbridge. The show had been on the air for more than 20 years. Although the music played was traditionally black gospel it served the entire community.
I called the station and spoke to Bob Lawrence, the program director, and his reply was, "Rose is done here at the station." I pleaded with him to reinstate the show and offered to host one Sunday a month in order to keep it on, but he said no. I now plead with Bob publicly to please reinstate the show.
