  • GAINESVILLE BRIDGE CLUB: In a 13 1/2 table Mitchell Movement game under the direction of Ron Schoenau, winners North-South were: first, Marilyn Froscher and Kevin Quirk, 62.69 percent; second, Jackie MacCracken and Len Ringel, 57.53 percent; third, Linda Carder and Jeff Baxter, 56.31 percent; fourth, Gloria and Randy Busby, 56.14 percent; fifth, Allyn Cook and Taylor Wallace, 55.44 percent; sixth, Helen Collins and John Donovan, 51.27 percent.
    Winners East-West were: first, Betty Skelton and Don Cavanaugh, 57.61 percent; second, Kirk and Nicole Becker, 57.12 percent; third, Dimitri Bourilkov and Abe Fallas, 56.74 percent; fourth, Vivian Kantor and Vivian Dick-Rose, 55.64 percent; fifth, Evelyn Kleinsasser and Zev Wajsman, 53.85 percent; sixth, Kevin and Laura McCarthy, 50.02 percent.
    Five tables participated in the 99er section. East-West winners were: Joan Sigafoos and Hal Linden, 63.75 percent. North-South winners were: Betty and Margie Roulston, 55.63 percent.
  • GATORBRIDGE: Eight tables participated in a Mitchell Movement game under the direction of R. Schoenau. East-West winners were: first, Marjorie Allen and Genevieve Osgard, 61.31 percent; second, Pat Morgan and Gerry King, 57.74 percent; third, Kleinsasser and Ron Law, 52.38 percent.
    North-South winners were: first, McCracken and Marion Bové, 58.93 percent; second, Sylvia Messer and Wallace, 57.44 percent; third, Barbara Hendrick and Mary Bailey, 55.25 percent.
  • TOWN CLUB AT OAK HAMMOCK: Playing a modified Mitchell Movement game with 15 pairs competing, winners were: first, Donovan and Denis Whittaker, 63.62 percent; second, Bové and Froscher, 60.64 percent; third, Reba Faison and Ray Lush, 56.11 percent; fourth, Betty Moore and Linda Stuart, 54.38 percent; fifth, Jane Baxter and playing director, Pat Thompson, 53.31 percent; sixth, Jon and Judith Ladd, 51.28 percent.
