We the brothers of the Delta Tetarton chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa are deeply concerned over the allegations that have surfaced over the past weekend ("Police: Sex attack may have followed drinking show," Feb. 27).

Due to the nature of the allegations, the Delta Tetarton chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa has suspended the brother involved, pending resolution of any charges.

Such a suspension includes any connection, involvement or presence in Phi Sigma Kappa events, activities and presence in the Phi Sigma Kappa house itself. This suspension will remain in effect until this case is resolved.

The brothers of the Delta Tetarton chapter and the Grand Chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa in no way support, condone, advocate, or encourage sexual

violence or assault of women.

We remain committed to our cardinal principles: brotherhood, scholarship and character. Thank you.

Ryan Nelson,

president,

Phi Sigma Kappa,

Gainesville
