Is the White House taking hints from Hitler?

"Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it and eventually they will believe it."
When a co-worker showed me this quote and asked if I could identify the source, my first two guesses were Karl Rove and Dick Cheney. I thought it had to be the mission statement for the Bush 2004 campaign or possibly the on-hold message from the White House phone system.
Imagine my surprise to learn that this quote and many others that Republicans no doubt find useful (for example, "How fortunate for leaders that men do not think") came from none other than Adolf Hitler.
