Uptown Village at Townsend, the nearly $30 million-dollar mixed-use development at 3780 NW 24th Blvd., is scheduled for completion in March.
Currently about 65 percent of the 322 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are rented, and only about five of the 17 planned buildings are left to finish, said Kyle Riva, vice president of Epoch Properties Inc., the Winter Park-based developer of the project. Monthly rentals range from a low of $750 up to $1,185.
The numerous communal amenities at the complex include an indoor basketball court, resident business center equipped with computers and other equipment and a car care center.
The completed project also will include a full-service restaurant/pub, a convenience store and other retail offerings, Riva said.
