Those of you who drive in the area of NW 13th Street and 23rd Avenue need to look at the lights before you enter the intersection.
If you are traveling west on 23rd Avenue, there is a right-turn-only arrow hanging right in front of you. This is set for a period of time during the day.
I travel this route every day and see at least one car that does not pay attention to this.
I'm sure that the person who had to pay for damages in excess of $1,000 will never forget that signal. Yes, I did use my turn signal when changing lanes, but the other driver did not slow down and was not supposed to be there.
There is even a flashing light several feet prior to the intersection alerting drivers to this arrow.
Please pay attention to this intersection before someone is killed or has their car damaged beyond repair.
