Bush's pricey big dreams

President George W. Bush has some grandiose plans not only for the U.S. but for the entire world. For instance, to make the entire world safe from the threat of terrorism; create a democracy in the middle East modeled on the U.S.; have a settlement on the moon and then explore Mars; and revise the entire immigration policy.
These are seemingly well-intentioned but may be fuelled by delusions of grandeur which will someday have to be paid for by the American taxpayer.
