Commissioner has courage

A lot of Gainesville citizens don't know about Hogtown Creek and its headwaters, and Wal-Mart doesn't care, but the city commissioners are supposed to know and care.

I applaud Commissioner Tony Domenech for having the courage to accept his responsibility as steward of Gainesville to protect our little Hogtown Creek from the world's largest retail corporation.

Thank you. You are a hero in my book.
