Waldo speed limit is for safety, not inconvenience

I would like to thank the Waldo Police Department for its continued effort to help save my life and the lives of other Floridians and visitors.
People who are avid complainers about the traffic conditions in this small Florida town should be ashamed of themselves. Speed limits are set for the public's safety and should be enforced.
For many, many years Waldo has been known as a speed trap. This is not a new observation, so why are we treating it as such?
If you don't want to contribute to the town's $1.1 million budget, then why don't you just obey the law and slow down? For the distance that you travel through the town it is not going to affect your travel time by much to obey the traffic laws.
As for you speeders out there - you deserve all of those tickets you get. You are breaking the law.
Whether you think the limits are ridiculous or not, they are not going to change. Driving is a privilege, not a right - and you law breakers need to be the ones to change.
