Bullet train a waste of money

Could Gov. Bush have been right four years ago when he vetoed the bullet train?
Since then, we have spent millions of tax payers' dollars for plans and bids. Now it's expected that this constitutional amendment for a fast speed train between Tampa, Disney World and Orlando will require $75 million from the state each year to operate.
We readily support the transportation network that our highway system now provides for all sections of our state.
But do we really need a bullet train to get from Tampa to Orlando, with a possible stop at Disney World, operated by private interests for profit (with help from the state)?
