Shaun E. Seifer, 24, is accused of receiving, distributing and reproducing "visual depictions of minor children engaging in sexually explicit conduct" using a computer, court records state.
At Seifer's court appearance Thursday, Seifer entered a not guilty plea. He was freed on a $10,000 bond and ordered to remain in the county, have no unsupervised conduct with children under 18 and not use the Internet without a government official present.
If convicted, Seifer faces a maximum 15-year sentence each on two counts listed in his indictment.
